Stephanie Parker is a journalist and multimedia photojournalist based in Silvaplana, Switzerland. Originally from New York City, she now lives in a town of 1,500 where the one grocery store is closed on Sundays. She also does translation of German and Spanish into English.

She mostly covers sustainable food and agriculture and social and environmental justice issues. Her greatest accomplishment is having traveled to 36 countries (so far...).

Her work has been in Civil Eats, Earth Island Journal, Wired, Mongabay, Modern Farmer, and on Montana PBS among others.
